Rules and Regulations

Follow all applicable rules and policies of RCR (Royal City Riders) and its partner organizations as well as the laws applicable in India.

  • We are looking for riders who have a passion about biking and are willing to travel long distance on their bikes and also actively participate in club activities.
  • All the information provided by the applicant desirous of becoming a member on the online application form should be correct.
  • RCR reserves the right to refuse any application without stating any reason.
  • Any illegal act or inappropriate behaviour by any member, that in the opinion of founder members of RCR is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the fellow riders, may result in the individual being asked to withdraw from the membership of RCR.
  • Please understand that your participation in RCR activities is at your own risk.
  • RCR reserves the right to amend the content of the “Rules & Regulations” at any time.
  • Bikes: Minimum 180CC. Vintage Bikes of more than 25 yrs old can become a member.
  • On club organized rides there would be no drinking and riding.
  • Dormant/inactive members would be removed from time to time.
  • Safety gear: Helmet and ankle high shoes are compulsory for the club drives. We also recommend ‘Crashguards’ for your safety.
  • All rules of Government of India in regards to driving on Indian Roads will be followed by the members.
  • Club is not responsible for any incidents which occur due to rash or careless driving by any member.
  • At any moment you will not hold RCR, its riders, partners or agents liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or any expense suffered by you.
  • RCR may use your photos, videos and feedback relating to the club activities to be used as promotional materials.
